The Federation aims to provide a choice of collectors and business service providers in  all countries. In many cases due to the size of the Country required there will be subdivisions into States or Regions. Collection and Credit Referencing Agencies work in many ways with different charging structures. This overcomes any language barrier and gives the additional benefits of local knowledge of the Laws and customs of the country. From experience we have found that an agent located "on the doorstep" tends to concentrate the debtors mind about settling a debt! Whilst the Federation cannot guarantee the performance  of any Company, in order to establish their web pages they will have given details of any associations they subscribe to, and any licences they must hold for their country of operation, and given a signed undertaking that they only operate using Legal and ethical methods . Should any user of this Website have cause for complaint regarding a service provider please contact the Federation Secretary, who will investigate and attempt to mediate. If a complaint is upheld the Secretary will decide whether the provider can remain a Member of the Federation and maintain their Web pages.
