1.Prepare your window jamb to suit the jamb channel, as shown in the diagram.

 

 

2.Prepare the bottom rail of your sashes to suit the pivot bar.

3.Prepare the side stiles for fixing stay assembly as shown in the diagram.
Allow clearance between side of sash and jamb slider to accomodate type of weather seal being used.

4.Prepare top rail of sashes to suit tilt caatches

7. Slide stay assembly and pivot shoe into the top of the jamb channel.
Fit weather seal.
fit sash stops to the top or bottom of the jamb channel.
Insert jamb channel into window jamb and fix bottem and centre with countersunk screws.
Important: DO NOT operate sashes without stops in place
